Thank you for all the kind words I have received regarding our pies.  I must tell you that I love baking and sharing my creations with you, it has been a positive experience.  Let me begin our Blog with a simple note letting you know that I want our blog to be about upcoming new "pies" I want to offer you.  Additionally, I want the blog to provide you with any upcoming news about E-Pieworks.  If you have any suggestions regarding pies you would like to see please let me know here.
